Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays in Pakistan). Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier partner.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Time (Pakistan)
We currently ship all across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
- Other cities & rural areas: 3–7 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or minimum order value.
💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you provide a correct phone number so our courier can contact you at the time of delivery.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details so you can track your parcel.

Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions

- Unexpected courier issues

🏠 Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
📦 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails (customer unavailable / unreachable), the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
